Furthermore, we use the data to optimise the website and to ensure that our technical information systems are secure. This data is not evaluated for marketing purposes.

The legal basis for this automated data processing and the temporary storage of data and logfiles is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

b) Cookies

We use cookies on our website. You can find out about the nature of the cookies and the reasons for their use in our Cookie Policy. Our Cookie Policy should be read in conjunction with this privacy policy.

c) Use of web analytics tools

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google LLC (“Google”), Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies. Your IP address will be recorded due to the use of cookies by Google Analytics. However, the IP addresses from visitors to this website are shortened where technically possible before saving or analysis and are therefore anonymised. Anonymisation is performed within the European Union or the European Economic Area.

The full IP address is only transferred to a Google server in the USA in exceptional cases, and is shortened there. We use the data recorded by the Google Analytics cookies to reproduce the user behaviours of visitors to our website and therefore to improve our website regularly and to develop it so that it is more interesting for users. The IP address determined from your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data by Google.

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Article 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR.

You can prevent Google Analytics cookies being saved by changing the settings in your browser software (for more information, see our cookie statement). Please note however that you may not be able to use all of the website’s functions in this case. Furthermore, you can prevent Google Analytics processing your data by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

d) Google Maps plugin

The website contains a plugin that shows a map from Google Maps. This map service is provided by Google Maps, i.e. Google LLC (“Google”), Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To do this, a connection is established between your browser and the Google servers, as if you were accessing the Google search engine website. Google Inc. itself is responsible for this data processing. For more information on Google data privacy, see the Google data privacy statement at https://policies.google.com/technologies/product-privacy?hl=de.
