Send the properly packaged container to METASYS logistics & collection GmbH. To do so, use the return label of the Deutsche Post which is either included in the shipping document pouch or already attached to the transport box.

You can also use our DHL-Returns Portal to print your return label. With it you can mail the parcel without additional costs at any DHL-branch, Paketshop or pack station or simply hand it over to your DHL-deliverer.
