After the implementation of a software-based quality management system, the next step of the digital transformation at METASYS will be the change of our merchandise management system in 2023. The resulting process optimization for improved customer support prompted us to make to this decision.

As part of the changeover, METASYS is redefining its order and item numbers. Some of these new number ranges may have already come to your attention, as new order and item numbers can already be found on some METASYS products. From 01 January 2023 you can place your orders using both the new as well as the current order numbers.

We are aware that despite ample preparation time and thorough planning, there may be problems during the changeover. Of course, we hope that the changeover will go smoothly, but we ask for your understanding should the changeover result in longer
processing times for your requests.
